The Source Strategy LLC – Client Services Agreement

Services Provided

The Company agrees to provide business consulting and digital services as outlined in the selected package. Each package includes specific deliverables as advertised at the time of purchase on our website (https://thesourcestrategy.com).

Payment & Fees

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Payment plans or financing may be offered through third-party providers like Klarna, subject to their terms. All payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and timely information necessary to complete the deliverables.
- Communicate professionally and promptly to avoid project delays.
- Schedule calls within the timeframe outlined for the selected package.

If Client fails to engage or respond within 30 days of the last communication, the project will be considered closed, and no further services will be rendered without additional fees.

Communication & Scheduling

All calls must be scheduled via our calendar system. The number and type of calls vary by package. Unused calls expire 30 days after the final deliverable unless otherwise noted.

Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and tools provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of The Source Strategy LLC unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final deliverables tailored to the Client’s business are licensed for personal use.

Results Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee specific results. Business outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control. Nothing in this agreement constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.

Refunds & Termination

Due to the customized nature of services, no refunds will be issued once any portion of work has been delivered or calls have begun. If Client is unhappy with the service, they are encouraged to contact us for resolution.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of information or deliverables provided.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas.
